Jonathan is the founder and principal of Civil 23, PLLC, a professional engineering firm based in Rocky Point, North Carolina. A native of rural Duplin County and a graduate of East Duplin High School, Jonathan’s professional approach is rooted in the small-town values of respect, trust, and integrity. With over 16 years of diverse engineering experience, Jonathan has established himself as a versatile leader in civil engineering. He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University (Class of 2010) and holds a Professional Engineer license in North Carolina. His background as a competitive student athlete and his family’s deep roots in construction inform his disciplined and practical approach to project management.
